Constitutional President of the Republic of Ecuador Daniel Noboa Azin addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"On my own behalf and on behalf of the government and the people of Ecuador, it is with great honor that I extend my sincerest congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Azerbaijan - the Independence Day.
I avail myself of the opportunity to convey to you my governments’ intention to continue its activity aimed at strengthening existing friendly relations between our countries through implementation of projects on mutually beneficial cooperation.
Your Excellency, I once again offer you the renewed assurances of my highest consideration."
