President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has addressed a letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Lithuania, Gitanas Nausėda on the occasion of his re-election as President, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"Dear Mr. President,
I sincerely congratulate you on your re-election as President of the Republic of Lithuania.
Azerbaijan-Lithuania relations have good traditions. Currently, there are opportunities to enrich our cooperation in a number of areas with new content. I believe that by utilizing the existing potential, we will make joint efforts to develop our intergovernmental relations and continue our bilateral and multilateral cooperation in line with the interests of our peoples.
I extend my best regards to you and wish you success in your upcoming responsibilities for the prosperity of the Republic of Lithuania."
