The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) has detained two foreign citizens and one citizen of the Russian Federation in connection with the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall, Russian FSB said, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
FSB has revealed information on the detention of two foreign citizens and one citizen of the Russian Federation in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Omsk cities who participated in the financing and recruitment of terrorists who participated in the attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall.
It was noted that two of the detained persons transferred money to buy firearms and vehicles used in the terrorist act, the third one was directly involved in the "recruitment" of accomplices of the terrorist act and the financing of those who committed it.
