Armenian police police restored traffic on the Armenia-Georgia road, which was blocked by a group of people opposed the delimitation of borders with Azerbaijan, this was reported by the local administration, APA reports citing Sputnik-Armenia.

It was noted that after negotiations with the residents, they agreed to open the road.

Note that on April 19, at the meeting of the working groups on border delimitation between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the parties agreed to start the process from Tavush province, as well as to conclude the work on the commission's charter from July 1.

7 people who opposed the delimitation of borders with Azerbaijan were detained in Armenia, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia released information, APA reports.

It was reported that 7 people suspected of hooliganism were detained in the Tavush region of Armenia during the closure of the interstate highway with Georgia.
