The concept of "area of responsibility" is extremely complex. By raising this issue, Armenian officials want to draw attention to the situation in the country rather than a specific answer. We once again declare that according to the 2010 agreement, the "area of responsibility" of the organization is the territory limited only by the sovereign borders of any member state.
Noted that at the press conference held on March 12, the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, announced that the country will withdraw from the Collective Security Treaty Organization membership if this question is not answered.
