Mumbai – APA. There are two members of the European Parliament among those who have been taken hostage by terrorists in the Oberoi hotel, Mumbai, India. APA reports foreign news agencies that one of the parliamentarians is from Great Britain and the other from Poland. They came to the country to attend European Union-India summit. The terrorists demand the release of all the mujahideen held in Indian prisons.

The operation ended in the other hotel seized by the terrorists - Taj Mahal. Indian police freed the hostages. 40 bodies were found in the rooms. 4 suicide bombers were killed during the operation.
