Baku. Ramil Mammadli-APA. 20 activists of the movement for the rights of Iranian Azerbaijanis have been arrested, Iranian sources told APA.
Iranian intelligences carried out operations in the house of poet Sayyad Mahammadian on September 10 during iftaar dinner. During operations, Alirza Sarrafi, Akbar Azad, Hasan Rashidi, poet Said Muganli, Said Rahimli, Mehdi Naimi, Mahammad Abbaspur, Sayyad Mahammadian, Abbas Naimi, Yusif Hushyar, Shahnaz Ibrahimzadeh, Huseyn Heydari, Ferhad Rzayi, Rubab Azimi, Akram Naccari, as well as Abbas Lisani’s wife Rugeyya Lisani ands her three children have been arrested. Detention place of them is not reported.
