Twelve South Koreans have been released by Talibans in three groups throughout Wednesday and rest seven is to be released on Thursday, APA reports quoting international agencies.
Taliban militants on Wednesday released ten women and two men total 12 of 19 South Korean captives they promised to free under a deal struck with the South Korean government to resolve a nearly six-week hostage crisis. The hostages have been released in three groups on Wednesday and all are in good health.
Eight Taliban prisoners to be released in exchange of 19 South Korean hostage.News of ransom of huge sum is skeptical and unconfirmed.
