Baku. Lachin Sultanova – APA. The International Court of Justice will investigate the appeal of the UN General Assembly on the legality of Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of independence. APA reports that the World Court told the UN member states to submit written statements on the issue. The court also demanded Kosovo’s government agencies to give explanation concerning their action.
On October 8 UN General Assembly appealed to the International Court of Justice on the initiative of Serbia.
