Fay could start pelting parts of the Keys and South Florida late Monday or early Tuesday as a strong tropical storm or minimal hurricane The storm’s center is located about 435 km south-east of Key West and is moving toward the northwest near 24 km/h. Wind speed is 85 km/h. Floods caused by the tropical Storm Fay killed 5 in Dominican Republic and Haiti last weekend.
