‘A while ago, I gave instruction that we must struggle against illegal employment more effectively. This was one of the main issues we concerned about. Measures on unemployment have reduced the unemployment level significantly. We are now in a situation that illegal employment has become a problem. People are employed, but don’t register, pay tax and are deprived of social security in the future. After ‘ASAN’ was entrusted with this duty, a nice systemwas created’, said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

The president made the remark addressing the opening of the complex ASAN Həyat of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations, APA reported.

‘5,000 people illegally working in construction started to work on the basis of labour contracts within a few months. Taking into account that 13,000 people are working in the construction, 5,000 out of them were working illegally. Now, they are working on the basis of labour contract. This means they will pay a tax to the state, they will have a work experience and receive pensions. That's ASAN is a leader in the problem solution’, he said.
