Possible additions and amendments to the law “On employment” have today been discussed at the meeting of the parliament’s Committee on Social Policy, APA reports.
According to the amendment, the word “individuals” will be removed from the text “Juridical persons and individuals who have a special permission (license) from the relevant executive authority in a way defined by the law can mediate in the employment of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan in foreign countries” in article 14. And the article itself will be considered 14.1
Furthermore, part 14.2 will be added into the article, which reads as “The mediation of individuals in the employment of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan in foreign countries is forbidden”.
