Chairman of the Committee, human rights activist Elchin Behbudov told APA that the first issue of the newspaper will be published on July 23.
“We have decided to publish a newspaper called “Qanunun sÉ™si” (“The voice of law”). The newspaper will be released twice a month. The newspaper will publish articles about the appeals and complaints made to the Committee and monitoring to be held. The co-founders of the newspaper are Garibaga Novrzov and Nizami Ibrahimov. Nizami Ibrahimov will also be the editor in chief of the newspaper.
