APA reports that the meeting was attended by PACE President Anne Brasseur, Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov, Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland, Chairman of PACE Committee of Ministers, Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov, delegations of the member countries and other guests.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of combating AIDS among migrants and refugees, rights of migrant children, improvement of the partnership between National Human Rights institutions and parliaments on the issues of equality and non-discrimination. Despite Anna Brasseur brought up what is happening in Ukraine, no documents were adopted. Moreover, several documents on parliamentary elections in Serbia, child abuse, fight with HIV and other issues were adopted.
