The remains of the martyr Guliyev Novruz Mahmud, who went missing in the battles for Fuzuli during the First Karabakh War, found in the mass grave in Edilli village of Khojavand, were laid to rest in Fuzuli district, APA’s Garabagh bureau reports.
A farewell ceremony for the martyr was held.
The remains of the corpse were buried in the Bala Bahmanli village cemetery. In addition to family members and relatives of the martyr, public representatives, law enforcement officers, veterans, families of martyrs, his comrades in arms, and media representatives attended the funeral ceremony.
Note that Guliyev Novruz Mahmud was born in 1964 in Chiman village of Fuzuli district. He voluntarily participated in the battles when the First Garabagh War started. He went missing during the battles in Chiman village.
