“In the near future, opening of Azerbaijan’s trading house in the different cities of China is expected,” Ding Tao, charge d'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Azerbaijan said at a conference titled "Reassessment of Azerbaijan-China Relations: The way forward" held in Baku, APA reports.
He noted that there are numerous opportunities in order to expand cooperation between Azerbaijan and China: “This conference is very vital from the standpoint of mutual activity in Asia, guarantee of international justice and other issues. Official Beijing and Xi Jinping are also extremely interested in expanding our cooperation. We cooperate in both "One Belt One Road" and alternative energy fields. Our countries also stimulate bilateral trade. In 2023, the volume of mutual trade between Azerbaijan and China increased by 43%. Many students from Azerbaijan prefer to study in China. Opportunities for trade cooperation between the two countries are expanding. Azerbaijan trading houses are expected to open in different cities of China in the near future.”
