Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on Monday for allies to deliver a wider range of support to Kyiv amid the recent attacks by Russia in Kharkiv that allegedly affected the energy supply in the northeast area of the country, APA reports citing BBN.

"We need more capabilities to respond" to Moscow, Zelenskyy stressed while specifying that Kiev urges stronger support by allies in military, economic and legal sector as well as newer sanction packages that keep on targeting the Russian government. "Our army should be as technologically advanced as possible," he added in a video message on X.

On the energetic deficit report received during the day, the president stated that a team of engineers is advancing on "restoring" the system.
