Volodymyr Zelenskyy is sounding the alarm over a shortage of Patriot missiles ahead of the winter, according to the newspaper Die Welt, APA reports.
As the article notes, the situation ahead of winter is so precarious for Ukraine that Kyiv is sounding the alarm at every level. The newspaper also called these calls for assistance "a sign of desperation."
"Zelenskyy's requests for help are a sign of desperation. The entire world is experiencing a severe shortage of anti-aircraft missiles. Neither the Europeans nor the US have enough," the newspaper writes.
