Partial changes will be made in the administrative-territorial division of the Aghdam, Kalbajar and Tartar districts, and the Aghdara district with its center in the city of Aghdara will be created within the administrative boundaries, it is reflected in the new bill “On the creation of the Aghdara region of the Azerbaijan Republic”, submitted to the Milli Majlis signed by President Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
According to the project, the Aghdara region will be included in the State Register of Territorial Units of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
"Bash-Guneypeya, Khatynbeyli, Malikli, Gazanchi, Orta-Gyuneypey, Syrkhavend, Ballygaya, Bashirlyar, Garashlar, Yeni Garalar villages of Aghdam district; Charyaktar, Childyran, Devedashi, Mekhmana, Dovshanly, Bazarkend, Hayad, Heyvali, Yayyjy, Hasanriz, Imaret Garvend, Chapar, Zardakhach, Kolatag, Damgaly, Gyzylgaya, Yukhari Ortatag, Gozlu, Gozlukerpu, Narynjlar, Wengli, Chor manly and Shahmansurlu villages of Kalbajar district; Agabeyli, Janyatag, Gyulyatag, Chardagly, Lyulyasaz, Megrelalai, Gasangaya, Chilyabyurt, Goyarkh, Maralyansarov, Kichik Garabey, Gyzyloba, Seysulan, Yarymja, Ashagy Ortatag, Gasapet, Demirli, Talysh, Ulu Garabey, Umudlu and Zailik villages of Tartar district, and also the village of Shikhark and the city of Aghdara transferred to Aghdara region," reads the information.
