Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has revealed some articles of Istanbul agreements with Ukraine, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
Lavrov noted that Article 5 of NATO is applied to Ukraine in the Istanbul agreement, but it's not used to Crimea and Donbas.
"According to the Istanbul agreement, if these territories (Crimea and Donbass-ed.) were attacked, the agreements had to be canceled immediately. "According to these agreements, there should have been no military base on the Ukrainian territory," Lavrov said in an interview with the local media.
