Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has extended his condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
"The horrific news of the death of people in the fire at the Republican Drug Rehabilitation Center in Baku has aroused a feeling of great sadness in Ukraine. On behalf of the people of Ukraine and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to the families of those who killed and wish the injured a speedy recovery,” Poroshenko said in his letter of condolences.
President Ilham Aliyev received another letter of condolences from President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov.
In his letter, Minnikhanov expressed his deepest condolences to the Azerbaijani president on the behalf of the people of Tatarstan and on his own behalf.
