Baku. Farid Mirzayev – APA. Ministry of Emergency Situations appealed to the population regarding safety rules on beaches. The ministry stated that it is prohibited to swim in non-designated areas; swim outside the marked swimming zone; swim in windy weather; spend the night on the beach, to be drunk on the beach; rough movements in the water; catch fish on the beach; sail boats and small vessels into the beach (only the rescue techniques are allowed to enter the beach waters).
“Children should not be left unattended on the beach, instructions of warning signs and information plates, calls and requirements of the rescuers must be unconditionally followed. Continuous stand under the scorching sun and entering the water after getting dark are dangerous. Safe rest time on the beaches is between 9:00 - 20:00 hours. In case of danger call 112,” says the appeal of the ministry.
