The Armed Forces of Ukraine are being provoked to use force,” says the statement issued by the Embassy of Ukraine in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The statement says that the vigorous attempts are being made to force the servicemen of Ukraine’s Armed Forces to abandon their oath and lay down their arms and go over to the Russian Armed Forces or separatists in Crimea. The number of Russian troops is being increased in Ukraine: “Kiev is using all political and diplomatic methods to persuade the Russian side to put an end to the aggressive actions and mobilize the international community to support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. All state agencies of Ukraine will prevent provocations and take necessary measures in case of escalation of aggressive actions by Russia. So far, Ukraine has not committed any provocative actions against the Russian Armed Forces, Russian citizens or Russian-speaking people.”
