Azerbaijani CEC considers complaints

Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloglu – APA. The Central Elections Commissions (CEC) considered complaints on Friday.

The CEC regarded as unfounded the complaints over relevant Constituency Election Commissions’ not registering candidacies of Serdar Mehdiyevnominated from the 120th Jabrayil-Gubadli Constituency on his own initiative, Azad Murseliyev nominated from the 57th Kurdamir Constituency on his own initiative, Ulduz Guliyeva nominated from the 125th Zangilan-Gubadli Constituency on her own initiative, Mubariz Rahimli, member of REAL Movement, nominated from the 19th Narimanov Constituency No.1 on his own initiative and upheld the decisions of the Constituency Election Commissions.

The CEC uphold the complaints over not registering candidacies of Ramil Huseynov nominated from the 18th Narimanov-Nizami Constituency on his own initiative, Namig Aliyev nominated from the 32nd Surakhani Constituency No.3 by Umid (Hope) Party, annulled the decisions of the Constituency Election Commissions and registered their candidacies.
