The official held all the Palestinian political powers and factions "responsible for stopping this arresting campaign against Hamas supporters in the West Bank that would lead to deterioration in the internal Palestinian ties."

Adnan Damiri, spokesman of the PNA security apparatuses told Xinhua that the PNA security establishments "are ready to resist and confront any military action could be carried out against the Palestinian security."

"The security apparatuses arrested dozens of people who will be legally trialed not because of their political beliefs or affiliations, but because they carried out actions that violate the law," said Damiri.
