The defense ministry said in an official statement dated April 21 that the dislocation of military units, military hardware and personnel and other military elements is within the powers of the Armed Forces’ command and is carried out in accordance with a pre-approved plan.
According to the defense ministry, under the command of the defense minister and the order of the chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, personnel of the military units and formations are woken up with an alarm signal according to plan in order to check their combat readiness and capabilities of making maneuvers.
