Baku. Fuad Jafarov – APA. One of the persons, who severely killed a dog in Azerbaijan, was fined AZN 500, chief of Public Security Department of Teter Region Police Office, police major Behruz Soltanov told APA.
Soltanov noted that 16-year-old, pupil of tenth form Hasan Sahin Huseynov killed the dog, 17-year-old Sanan Seyfaddin Mammadov and and 15-year old, pupil of eighth form Shaig Fiday Hasanov shot the scene via mobile phone.
An administrative protocol was drawn up on Huseynov and Hasanov, because they are juveniles and they were sent to the department on work with juvenile at the Regional Executive Authority.
A protocol was drawn up on Mammadov under the #129.1 article of Code of Administrative Offences (Brutal treatment of animals, resulted in their death or severe injury) and he was fined AZN 500.
A few days ago, the uploading of the video-shooting to social networks showing the merciless killing of dog in Azerbaijan caused a serious resonance. The video shooting shows that the young boy in Fuzuli region, who thrown a rope to the dog's neck holding it in one hand and a stick holding in his other hand, dealt severe blows to the animal. Despite the dog’s yelps, he continued beating the animal to death.
