The employees of the State Migration Service and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population have started their activities in the economic region of Garabagh within the framework of the relevant tasks given for the determination of the legal status of these individuals regarding the solution of social, humanitarian, economic, and infrastructure issues in the Garabagh region, with the aim of ensuring the sustainable reintegration of Armenian residents living in the Garabagh region into Azerbaijani society and creating opportunities for them to benefit from the protection of the Azerbaijani state, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced, APA reports.
The employees of the State Migration Service are involved in the on-site reception of initial applications from Armenian residents in the Garabagh region, as well as organizing explanatory events in this regard. Meanwhile, the employees of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population are engaged in identifying the social and humanitarian needs of the residents.
The initial registration applications for participation in the reintegration process are being accepted by the employees of the State Migration Service in the former "police" building located in the city of Khankendi.
Additionally, the process of accepting and registering initial applications is carried out electronically through the special portal (reintegration.gov.az) created for this purpose by the State Migration Service.
The activity of state officials in the region will contribute to the accelerated reintegration of the Armenian residents living in Garabagh into the local community. It will also enhance efficiency in meeting their social and humanitarian needs.
