Legal representatives of legal entities operating in the country can now create a legal entity signature certificate in the "SİMA İmza" mobile application and sign a document in electronic form. In order to obtain a legal entity certificate in the "SİMA İmza" application, you must first register as a citizen, then press the "Add Certificate" button in the application and enter the legal entity's TIN information. In the next step, the user can purchase a subscription by paying and activate the certificate.
It is also possible to give signature authority to any employee of the company (legal entity) through the certificate. So, after activating the certificate, after entering the "SİMA Cabinet" portal and scanning the QR code, a list of all employees will appear. After that, the legal representative can choose the employee(s) he wants and give him the signature right of the legal entity.
To use the legal entity signature certificate, suitable subscription rates such as monthly, one year and three years can be selected. The tariff of the subscription plan is 2.4 AZN for one month, 25 AZN for one year and 55 AZN for three years.
