Some forces outside the region are trying to create obstacles to the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Farid Shafiyev, the Chairman of the Board of the Center for International Relations Analysis said during a symposium titled “3rd Anniversary of the Great Victory: Challenges and Opportunities of the Post-Conflict Era”, APA reports.
“It is difficult to predict the date when the peace agreement will be signed. Azerbaijan presented its proposals to Armenia. It seems that there are some forces outside the region that want to create obstacles. They are trying to shape the peace agreement agenda unilaterally,” Shafiyev noted.
