Grabagh finally became a part of Azerbaijan, not now, but last year after Armenia recognized this status, Russian President Vladimir Putin told a briefing on the results of the CIS Heads of State summit in Bishkek, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
The Russian President noted that Baku and Yerevan were close to an agreement on Garabagh many times, including the idea of a referendum was discussed.
Putin emphasized that he does not see any obstacles to the conclusion of a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan following the developments in Garabagh.
