The Ministry of Defense of Russia, in its daily bulletins, replaces all place names in Garabagh with historical toponyms of Azerbaijan, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
In the bulletin dated October 25 from the Ministry of Defense of Russia, Garabagh is presented as "The Garabagh Economic Region of Azerbaijan," and "Stepanakert" is referred to as Khankendi.
Note that up until this time, the Ministry of Defense of Russia has been using terms and toponyms from the Soviet era in its bulletins related to Azerbaijan's Garabagh region.
