No illegal transfer or use of weapons provided to Türkiye and subsequently sent to Azerbaijan - James O'Brien

The U.S. has not seen the weapons it sold to Türkiye or the weapons Türkiye acquired from the U.S. illegally send to Azerbaijan, and has not seen that these weapons were used by Azerbaijan, Assistant Secretary of U.S. State for European and Eurasian Affairs James C. O'Brien said, APA reports.

Dina Titus, a member of the House of Representatives asked if he had seen reports about the use of F-16 fighters by Türkiye in Azerbaijan during previous operations and how true this was.

James O'Brien added that relations with Türkiye, a NATO ally, are very transparent and he has not seen any signs of illegal shipment.
