Kremlin took the Statement on dismissing the existence of the so-called regime in Garabagh into account, Dmitry Peskov, Russian Presidential Spokesman said this in his statement during briefing, APA reports.
Peskov noted that Moscow keeps the situation in the region, first of all, the humanitarian aspect in attention:
“This is the most important matter,” – the Kremlin Spokesman emphasized.
According to his words, the Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to help people: “Currently, the majority of Armenian origin residents in Garabagh express their desire to move to Armenia and the support is given to anyone who wants to leave.”
