Garabagh is de facto and de jure territory of Azerbaijan, said Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
He stressed that the issue of Russian peacekeepers in Garabagh was not discussed in Yerevan: "The issue of Russian peacekeepers in Garabagh was not discussed with Yerevan because it is de facto and de jure territory of Azerbaijan."
According to him, the future fate of Russian peacekeepers in Garabagh will be discussed with Baku: "However, contacts with Armenia will continue".
