G7 Foreign Ministers called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to be committed to the peace process, says joint statement that was issued at the end of the three-day meeting of the G7 foreign ministers, APA reports.
The foreign ministers of the G7 countries called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to adhere to the principles of non-use of force and respect for the inviolability of borders in the peace process.
"We call on Armenia and Azerbaijan to remain fully committed to the peace process based on the principles of non-use of force, respect for sovereignty, inviolability of borders, and territorial integrity in order to achieve lasting peace," the statement said.
