Baku has own forces to ensure security in Garabakh, the Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Imanqali Tasymaqambetov, stated this in an interview with TASS, APA's correspondent in Moscow.
The CSTO Secretary-General, addressing the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Garabagh, emphasized that Garabagh is Azerbaijani territory and Azerbaijan has its forces to ensure security on its territory.
"I believe that stability in the region largely depends on the signing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan," Tasymaqambetov said, commenting on the withdrawal of the Russian peacekeeping contingent from Garabagh.
