Azerbaijani President’s Assistant, Kazakh ambassador discuss regional issues

Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan enjoy successful cooperation in the international arena, it was stated at the meeting of Kazakh Ambassador to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel and Assistant to Azerbaijani President, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev, APA reports.

The accelerating pace of bilateral cooperation was hailed at the meeting. The sides also discussed the topical issues on the regional and international agenda.

Special attention was paid to the issues of transport-logistics cooperation and communication.

At the same time, the importance of the 10th anniversary Summit of the Organization of Turkic States to be held in Astana on November 3, 2023 was emphasized.

The assistant to the President of Azerbaijan commended brotherly Kazakhstan for its support and constructive approach to the development of bilateral and multilateral relations and the settlement of regional issues. Ambassador Alim Bayel noted that Kazakhstan is a supporter of peace and mutually beneficial cooperation in the region.
