"Visiting Garabagh was on my agenda for a long time. Because I wanted to see the results of what happened - the destruction and subsequent reconstruction works.
I was impressed by the precise results of the efforts of the President of Azerbaijan and the people of Azerbaijan.
We had a pleasant meeting with the President this morning. He spoke in detail about various topics. He answered all our questions. There were no taboos or restrictions on his part at the time. This meeting was very effective and very useful in terms of understanding what history means for the future of Azerbaijan," the expert noted.
