"This year, our trade turnover has increased by 15 percent. We cooperate in energy, transport, logistics, and other fields," Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili said following a one-on-one meeting with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
Irakli Garibashvili said that the Middle Corridor was discussed at this meeting: "We are also discussing the expansion of the Middle Corridor with Kazakhstan. We are modernizing the railway lines, we will finish it by the end of next year. With this, we will be able to double the freight. We will also complete the construction of the new sea port."
