Azerbaijan, Armenia can create platform for university diplomacy

A platform for university diplomacy can be created between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Zurab Khonelidze, Rector of Sokhumi State University told journalists, APA reports.

Zurab Khonelidze noted that Sokhumi State University holds discussions with Azerbaijani and Armenian universities.

“There is already a preliminary agreement to create a platform for university diplomacy. The goal is to create a platform that allows discussion of all issues. It is important to eliminate the causes of conflicts,” the rector added.
