Armenia fulfilling its promises, especially regarding the opening of the Zangazur Corridor, and the continuation of negotiations in a results-oriented manner, is the only way to establish stability, Yashar Guler, the Minister of National Defense of Türkiye said this, APA reports.
He noted that Armenia did not fulfill the necessary conditions despite signing the ceasefire after the 44-day war: “We are watching attentively the meeting of sides (Azerbaijan and Armenia – ed.) that’s about to take place in Spain. We, as always stand by our dear brother Azerbaijan with the concept of "One nation - two states.”
