Armenia has recognized Garabagh as the territory of Azerbaijan, President of Russia Vladimir Putin told a plenary session of Valdai Discussion Club, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

He said that Armenia recognized Garabagh as the territory of Azerbaijan and the issue is over: "Armenia has resolved the issue of the status of Garabagh. "Garabagh has officially become part of Azerbaijan."
