Russian President Vladimir Putin commented on Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s disregard for CIS and CSTO measures, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
“ Moldova does not want to be a participant in this process, then this is the choice of the Moldovan leadership, then so be it,” the Russian leader stated, speaking about Chisinau’s position on integration processes in the post-Soviet space.
“As for Armenia, difficult processes are taking place there related to Garabagh. We all understand this. But it was not we who abandoned Garabagh, it was Armenia that recognized that Garabagh as part of Azerbaijan. They did this on their own initiative. And especially us “We were not informed that such a decision was being prepared,” Putin said.
