The founder of the "Africa Mundus" network, Emmanuel Argo, noted in his speech that these discussions aimed at exposing France's actions are yielding results: "It is already visible that France is reacting to this. I came here because I believe in this platform, in all these steps related to neocolonialism. We need to determine the next steps we are going to take."
