During the first six months of this year, state budget revenues amounted to 19.1792 billion manats, exceeding the forecast of 18.8289 billion manats by 350.3 million manats, or 1.9%, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.
This represents 49.7% of the state's projected annual budget revenues for the current year.
Excluding transfers from the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), state budget revenues totaled 12.7592 billion manats, exceeding the forecast by 2.8%.
Of total state budget revenues:
8.8427 billion manats (46.1%) came from tax authorities;
6.420 billion manats (33.5%) from transfers from SOFAZ;
3.1436 billion manats (16.4%) from customs authorities;
350.7 million manats (1.8%) from paid services provided by state budget-funded organizations;
28.2 million manats (0.1%) from the lease of state property;
394 million manats (2.1%) from other sources.
During the reporting period, compared with the approved forecast:
revenues collected by tax authorities exceeded the forecast by 217.7 million manats (2.5%);
revenues from leasing state property exceeded the forecast by 5.5 million manats (24.2%);
other revenues exceeded the forecast by 246.2 million manats, or 2.7 times;
revenues collected by customs authorities were 10.4 million manats (0.3%) below the forecast;
revenues from paid services provided by state budget-funded organizations were 108.7 million manats (23.7%) below the forecast;
transfers from SOFAZ were executed in line with the projected level.
During the first six months of the current year, compared with the corresponding period of 2025, revenues increased by:
139 million manats (1.6%) from tax authorities;
52.5 million manats (1.7%) from customs authorities;
6.3 million manats (28.8%) from the lease of state property; and
38.6 million manats (12.4%) from paid services provided by state budget-funded organizations.
