The foundations of Azerbaijan's statehood were further strengthened thanks to the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s resolve at this stage, which entered the history of Azerbaijan as years of comprehensive progress, said Samir Sharifov, the Finance Minister of Azerbaijan during the discussion on the draft law "On the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2024" at today's meeting of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), APA reports.
The Minister said that during this stage, at this stage, the oil and gas resources of Azerbaijan were skillfully used: “It has been already 3 years that Azerbaijani State has been rapidly continuing construction works in our liberated territories. Additional revenues were also directed to construction works besides the funds allocated from the state budget for 3 years. A total of 11 bln. manats have been spent on the restoration of liberated territories of Azerbaijan until now, these expenses are expected to reach 12 bln manats by the end of the current year. The reintegration of Garabagh and Eastern Zangazur into Azerbaijan’s economy will remain the main priority in the coming years."
