The 51st Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group are being held in Baku, APA reports.
On the first day of the 51st Annual Meetings of the IsDB Group, meetings and sessions will be held within the framework of the 14th Private Sector Forum on the development of the halal economy, ethical and sustainable financing, the green transition of SMEs, regional integration and investment opportunities, as well as meetings of the governing bodies of a number of organizations within the IsDB Group.
The 51st Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank Group have officially commenced in Baku. The prestigious event, dedicated to the theme “Regional Integration for Sustainable Prosperity,” brings together senior officials from member countries, representatives of the public and private sectors, and international financial institutions.
On the first day of the meetings, the HELF/AZHAB Forum 2026, the 8th Sustainable Development Goals Dialogue titled “Innovative Financing for Sustainable Development,” sessions on regional integration, and discussions on Azerbaijan’s investment prospects will be held within the framework of the 14th Private Sector Forum organized under the high patronage of His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO). A dialogue with the Minister of Finance, Budget, Economy, Planning and International Cooperation of the Republic of Chad will also be organized.
In addition, a session titled “Youth Without Borders: Advancing Shared Regional Prosperity” and meetings of the governing bodies of the Islamic Development Bank Group, the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Member Countries (ADFIMI), and the Federation of Consultants from Islamic Countries (FOCIC) will take place.
The Annual Meetings, which will continue until June 19, will feature discussions on strengthening economic cooperation, expanding investment opportunities, and advancing sustainable development priorities.

The Annual Meeting of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group has commenced in Baku, APA reports.
Discussions will be held on economic cooperation among the 57 member countries of the IsDB Group and on strengthening sustainable development within the framework of the event dedicated to the theme “Regional Integration for Sustainable Prosperity,”
The Annual Meeting is attended by high-level government officials, ministers of finance, economy, planning, development and investment from member countries, heads of international and regional financial institutions, private sector representatives and media members.
