“The fact that the energy minister of Azerbaijan said that Garabagh and Nakhchivan should be turned into a "green energy" zone caught my attention, I myself visited Nakhchivan a few years ago and witnessed the high potential of geothermal energy there,” Carlo Beltrame, Caspian and Ukraine area director of Baker and Hughes company said during his speech at the Baku Energy Forum held as part of the Baku Energy Week, APA-Economics reports.
He said that conducting research and analyzes in connection with the geothermal energy in Nakhchivan is very important for Azerbaijan.
