During his speech, he underlined the significance of Azerbaijan for the countries of the world: "The COP29 conference is a recognition by the countries of the world regarding Azerbaijan, that they decided to gather in Azerbaijan and try to discuss the future here. I congratulate Azerbaijan for chairing the COP29."
